Our Beliefs

As non-Denominational Churches, we believe…

There is but one living and true God, everlasting, of infinite power, wisdom, and goodness. He is the maker and preserver of all things, both visible and invisible. And in unity of this Godhead there are three persons, of one substance, power, and eternity -- the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

God is the one true, holy and living God, who is Creator, Sovereign and Preserver of all things visible and invisible. We believe the one God reveals himself as the Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, distinct but inseparable, eternally one in essence and power.

Jesus Christ is truly God and truly man, in whom the divine and human natures are perfectly and inseparably united. He is the Word made flesh, the only begotten Son of the Father, born of the Virgin Mary by the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus lived on this Earth while ministering and then suffered and died on the cross. He was buried, rose from the dead and ascended into heaven to be with the Father, from whence he shall return. He is our Savior.

The Holy Spirit is one in being with the Father and the Son. He convicts the world of sin, of righteousness and of judgment. He leads men through faithful response to the gospel into the fellowship of the Church. He comforts, sustains and empowers the faithful and guides them into all truth.

God created human beings in His own image. Humans have the ability to choose to accept or reject a relationship with God. In order for a human’s complete purpose to be revealed, they must be in a relationship with God.

The Church is the body of Christ and is an extension of the work Christ did. The mission of the church is to make Disciples of Christ throughout the world.

The Bible is God’s living word and is the primary authority of our faith and practice. As Christians we need to know and study the complete Bible, both the Old and New Testaments.
